A) Project Short Details - Go to top
MeraHotel is a hotel and booking management system, Which has many features to manage hotels rooms, staffs, bookings details, expenses, salary and many more features. It is a multi hotel management system with pricing features. With the help of merahotel you can create your own hotel management service provider.
Files Included: HTML, CSS, Javascript, Bootstrap, FontAwesome, , jQuery, Json, XML, PHP, SQL
B) Where to purchase & Download - Go to top
You can purchase and download this script from my codecanyon portfolio Envato Profile.
After Purchase you can download it from codecanyon. and then follow next procedures to install and configurations.
C) Installation And Configurations - Go to top
After download you will get different folders in zip. There is 2 folders are important for installation. You will get Source & Database folders. Source folder contains all files related to code scripts and other files required for projects. and Database folder will contant a file named as MeraHotel.sql which is database file.
- First of all extract Source folder and upload it to your server file manager / or / your local server where you want to upload it and test it.
- Now create a Database in phpmyadmin either in local server or hosting server.
- Let's assume we have created a database with database name: merahotel, database username: root, and database Password: [email protected]. copy this information somewhere we need it while configurations.
- Now Open database and goto your created database and goto Import Tab.
- And select that .sql file placed in database folder.
- Now you can visit your link, but need to configure database with project files. if you try to access your web url where you have placed the source file then you will see an error of database connectivity.
Configurations
Now open filemanager and follow the steps to confiure core settings.
- Now on the root directory of source you will see a file . Open that file
- As like above image, you can see top 4 line as $db_****. You have to replace those values with the data you have used while creating database in previous steps except $db_host. Just replace:
- $db_host Remains Same as "localhost"
- $db_name Replace with Your Database Name
- $db_user Replace with Your Database User
- $db_pass Replace with Your Database Password
- Now close that file. Rememeber You just have to change only those values for right now. if you have not knowledge of code then you should not have to change any other things it can cause project not to work properly.
- Now you can go to your portal and add in url to open your portal's admin panel.
- Default credentials for account is username: & password:
- You can those credentials via going to settings=>edit_profile [to change username and other details] AND settings=>change_password [To change account password].
D) Change Site Settings - Go to top
You can easily change your site's settings with our smart admin panel anytime whenever you want. Simple follow simple steps to change.
- First of all open you admin portal and login with credentials.
- Now navigate to
- After that you will see all fields related to portal's data.
- You can replace values with your information and then hit update button.
- And your site informations is updated automatically in whole project.
E) Change Site Logo / Favicon - Go to top
You can easily change your site's logo and favicon from admin panel anytime whenever you want. Simple follow simple steps to change.
- First of all open you admin portal and login with credentials.
- Now navigate to
- After that you will see current logo with Upload options for logo and favicon.
- Upload new logo and then hit update button.
- Same for favicon, Upload new favicon and then hit update button.
- And your site logo, favicon is updated automatically in whole project.
F) Change Payment Settings - Go to top
You have to change payment setting for subscription and other payment settings. Currently we have integrated for payment settlments. But in future we can add more multiple gateways. For now you have to create an account on razorpay and get api credentials
Keep in mind Razorpay provides different keys for both Test And Live modes. and for everymode you will get two keys API Key & Secret Key.
For both methods you have 4 keys. keep them on safe place with difference of test keys and live keys. Now follow steps to update these keys to system.
- First of all open you admin portal and login with credentials.
- Now navigate to
- You will a list of payment gateways, for which gateway you want to update keys click on edit button in that row under action column. Then you will get a new page as per shown in image.
- You can see 4 fields such as "test API key, Test Secret Key" and "Live Api key, Live secret Key"
- Also a dropdown for API mode: which contain 2 values: "Test Mode","Live mode". with the help of this dropdown you can change your portal payment system for production level and testing level any time easily. You can also see the current api mode enabled for that particular API.
- Now Replace Key values with your keys and hit update button.
- Just it, Now all payments will through your payment account.
F) Change Package Plans - Go to top
We have provided you best subscription package plans by default, but you want to change not a big deal. You can easily change package plans information with the help of your admin panel. Follow the steps below to change plans.
- First of all open you admin portal and login with credentials.
- Now navigate to
- By X button you can activate or deactivate plan. and by edit button (blue) you can change information of that plan. Now click on that button
- By click on that, you will land to new page where you will se some fields for respected informations
- Now Replace values which you want and hit update button.
H) Add New Admin - Go to top
This script based on multi user role system. You can add / enable / disable any user for admin access. To add or take actions on admin. Follow the simple steps.
- First of all open you admin portal and login with credentials.
- Now navigate to from sidebar
- Then you will land on this page. and by clicking button you can add new admin. or you can enable / disable admin access via under action column.
