TasKitt — Project & Task Management PHP Script 

TasKitt is a self-hosted, Laravel-based project & task management script you install on your own server. It gives teams a fast, modern workspace to plan projects, run Kanban boards, assign and track tasks, log time, and stay in sync with realtime updates and notifications.

After installation, you control everything: workspaces, members and roles, projects, teams, branding, themes, email, and realtime — all from your own server, with your own database. No subscriptions, no per-seat fees, no third-party SaaS lock-in.

The live demo is read-only. Create, update, delete, and upload actions are disabled, but you can freely explore the full app — boards, tasks, members, time tracking, reports, and settings.

Workspaces & Teams — Run multiple workspaces, each with its own projects, members, and settings. Organize people into teams and control access with four roles: owner, admin, member, and guest.

Kanban Boards & Multiple Views — Drag-and-drop Kanban board with custom sections, plus List, Calendar, and Gantt views of the same project. Reorder, group, and customize what each view shows.

Rich Tasks — Every task supports priority, start & due dates, multiple assignees, tags, dependencies, custom fields, a rich-text description with @mentions, file attachments, and threaded comments.

Time Tracking & Reports — Built-in timers and manual time logs on any task, with workspace reports to see where time and effort are going.

Members & Invitations — Invite people by email with a secure link, or add members directly without an invite. Owners and admins manage roles and access; the owner stays protected.

Realtime & Notifications — Live presence (who's online), live boards that update as teammates edit, an in-app inbox, email notifications, and optional browser push (Pusher Beams). Each member controls their own notification preferences.

Appearance & Branding — Multiple color themes, light & dark modes, Modern or Classic interface styles, and a single brand color that flows across the whole app and emails.

One-Click Installer — A guided, browser-based installer handles requirements checks, database setup, migrations, seeding, and your first admin account. No command line required.

Self-hosted & Yours — Install on your own hosting, own your data, and configure everything from the app

• Works on shared hosting, VPS, or any Laravel-compatible hosting (Apache or Nginx)
• SMTP email account for sending emails
