  Hi, I'm trying to log in as a user, but it doesn't allow me to log in. When I enter the password, it's unrecognized, and when I request a password reset, nothing gets delivered... Also, is there an option for paid listings, and to be able to pay to have listings appear at the top? thanks

  Hello, yes — my SendGrid free trial has expired, so email confirmations are no longer being sent. I usually log in via Google for the admin panel. You can also try logging in with Google, and I can grant you admin access so you can check.
  
  Currently, adding a doctor or clinic is done through a form, but it’s not a paid listing. After receiving the form, you can contact the doctor or hospital directly, arrange the payment, and send an invoice manually. At the moment, there is no built-in paid listing feature.
