1)
I hate to say this but this programmer does have much more to learn, how to react to a client's support request.
The programmer only included one SQL file in the download data and did not privide migration files. I requested. He did react for four weeks and also did not check his emails, where he may have received from Codester. Finally, I requested through Codester.
After showing him that this is a Laravel standard and giving two internet addresses explaining this, he gave me following answer:
"I am not bound and liable to give the migration files with an application to my customers. My customers will be able to use the application without any hassle. And, also as you are throwing bad words to me, and trying to force me what I am not bound to do, I will not reply to your comments anymore."
He reacted in an unprofessional manner and is now refusing to provide me migration files.
2)
There was earlier a demo. I visited it and found that it has an error. Afterwards, he removed the demo. So, I could purchase it only by looking at the images, which does not show any error or bugs.
After purchase, I found one more error. For four weeks, he did not react.
Thereafter, he reachted asking me to give screenshot. Now, the error generated is described very precise. If there was no error, such things would not generate. This is described in the comments section.
Now, he does not want to remove the error. This kind of handling a client request is highly unprofessional and does not match the standard clients expect here.
In a nutshell, I received an imcomplete project and that is buggy. All of the bove is documented in the comments section.
