This a fairly well written JQuery plugin to inject a counter up or down into your page. Simple structure and easy way to trigger onto a webpage. As a software engineer I can see ways to improve the code a little. I would recommend getting the plugin for a quick way to add a counter on a coming soon page, hero banner or app release.
