Codester redesign

We are proud to have the new  design online. We hope you all like it.

As you can see the new design has the same colors as the old design. Except for that a lot of changes have been made.

Responsive

The new design is now responsive. The design will adapt itself on the maximum dimensions of the browser and device used. We will still be tweaking the site a lot to also get a great experience when browsing with a mobile device.

 Better Browser support

In the previous design there were several problems with IE and Firefox. These issues are gone with the release of the new interface.  The new interface also makes use of new HTML5 properties which are now supported on as good as all modern browsers.  For the best support we have created fallback solutions to support the older browsers.

 Lighter

In the old design there where still a lot images used for web elements. For example buttons, backgrounds etc. These  have all been removed and have made place for CSS. We have also reduced the amount of javascript that has to be loaded.

Room for improvement

We would love to hear your opinion about the new design. We are always looking for ways to make Codester better. If you have any suggestions, let us know by leaving a comment in the comment section.
