Need to provide support after deactivating item?

chattymango Mar 23, 2018This is not an actual case, but I think that in future I might find that a product causes more costs and work than income so that I decide to retire it. Does that mean that I still have to provide support to past customers forever, or is there a maximum time?

When deactivating an item it you will have to give any customer at least 30 days of support after they purchased the item.
