Hello, does selling include tax? If so, is it possible to get a form for paid tax?

We cant determine for you how much tax you have to pay for the income you receive from codester. This is sonething to check with your tax advisor.

I know that, I mean if someone buy an application, does codester pay a tax for buyed application in your country. Does 30% fee include tax in codester country.

If somebody has to pay VAT, the VAT wil be added to the total price of the item. Codester then pays the VAT to the country where tax is owed.

The author stil receives 70% and codester still receives 30%.

I know, but in my country freelancers must pay the VAT for every money has made via paypal. If VAT has payed in country where tax is owned, I don't need to pay any extra VAT in my country. There is agreement between country called "Avoidance of Double Taxation Agreements". Also I think there is a form for this agreement. Can codestar provide this form?

That said you only receive earnings from codester not from buyers.

It maybe worth checking if this vat also has to be paid to customers in a foreign country.

Unfortunately we dont supply any tax forms.
