Unfortunately we don't get any feedback from Paypal why a transaction has been rejected.
Some of the common reasons are:
- Paypal account is not setup as a business account.
- The Paypal account only accepts payments through the user's PayPal profile.
- The account has been suspended
- The transaction has ben rejected because it got marked as high risk (fraud).
- It is not possible to accept business payments from Paypal in your country.
Most important is to make sure you account is setup as a business account and that you have not enabled your Paypal account to only accept payments through your Paypal profile.
