Order CSV Export

The plugin includes practical WooCommerce order fields such as order ID, order number, date, status, billing details, shipping details, shipping method, payment method, totals, customer note, item names, SKUs, and quantities.

Customer CSV Export

Customer CSV data is generated from matching WooCommerce orders. Both registered customers and guest customers with billing email addresses can be included. Customers are deduplicated by billing email where possible.

Reusable Presets

The main purpose of this plugin is to save repeated CSV export settings. You can create presets for common workflows such as monthly exports, processing orders, completed orders, specific shipping methods, or customer lists from filtered orders.

CSV Safety

Formula injection protection is enabled by default. Text cells that may be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas are protected before export. UTF-8 BOM can also be enabled or disabled depending on the target spreadsheet application.

HPOS Compatibility

The plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage and uses WooCommerce CRUD/API functions for order data access.

This item is a WordPress/WooCommerce admin plugin that lets you save reusable CSV export presets for WooCommerce orders and customers.

Installation

1. Download the main package ZIP from Codester.
2. Extract the package on your computer.
3. Inside the extracted package, find the file:
   export-presets-for-woocommerce.zip
4. Log in to your WordPress admin dashboard.
5. Go to Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
6. Upload export-presets-for-woocommerce.zip.
7. Click Install Now.
8. Activate the plugin.
9. Make sure WooCommerce is installed and active.
10. Go to WooCommerce > Export Presets.

Basic Usage

1. Open WooCommerce > Export Presets.
2. Choose the export type:
   - Orders
   - Customers
3. Select the CSV columns you want to include.
4. Reorder columns using drag and drop.
5. Choose filters if needed:
   - Order status
   - Date range
   - Shipping method
6. Choose output options:
   - UTF-8 BOM
   - Formula injection protection
7. Click Preview CSV to preview the export result.
8. Click Export CSV to download the CSV file.

Creating a Preset

1. Configure the export type, columns, filters and output options.
2. Enter a preset name.
3. Click Save as Preset.
4. You can later load, update or delete the preset from the same screen.

Order CSV Export

The order export mode can export WooCommerce order data such as order ID, order number, date, status, billing details, shipping details, shipping method, payment method, totals, customer note, item names, SKUs and quantities.

Customer CSV Export

The customer export mode generates customer CSV data from matching WooCommerce orders.

Both registered customers and guest customers with billing email addresses can be included. Customers are deduplicated by billing email where possible.

CSV Preview

Use the Preview CSV button before downloading the file. The preview shows up to 10 matching rows and uses the same selected columns and column order as the final CSV export.

UTF-8 BOM

The UTF-8 BOM option can help spreadsheet applications detect UTF-8 CSV files correctly. Enable it if your spreadsheet software has trouble displaying characters correctly.

Formula Injection Protection

Formula injection protection is enabled by default. It helps protect text-based CSV cells that may be interpreted as spreadsheet formulas.

If you disable this option, spreadsheet applications may interpret some text values as formulas. Only disable it if your downstream CSV processing workflow requires raw text values.

HPOS Compatibility

This plugin declares compatibility with WooCommerce High-Performance Order Storage. It uses WooCommerce CRUD/API functions for order data access.
