Kaddora WooCommerce Smart Fraud Detection uses AI to block fake orders, prevent chargebacks, and secure your store in real-time. Recently Updated
Overview
The Kaddora WooCommerce Smart Fraud Detection System is a premium, AI-driven security plugin designed to protect e-commerce stores from fraudulent transactions, stolen credit cards, and malicious bot activities. As online fraud becomes increasingly sophisticated, manual order review is no longer enough. Kaddora solves this by integrating advanced machine learning algorithms and heuristic analysis directly into your WooCommerce checkout process.
The plugin evaluates hundreds of data points in milliseconds—including IP geolocation, device fingerprinting, email reputation, and purchasing velocity—to assign a real-time "Risk Score" to every order. Based on customizable thresholds, it automatically blocks high-risk transactions, flags suspicious orders for manual review, or seamlessly approves legitimate customers. By drastically reducing chargebacks and fake orders, Kaddora not only protects your profit margins but also ensures a frictionless, fast checkout experience for your genuine buyers.
Features
- AI-Powered Risk Scoring: Advanced machine learning models analyze historical and real-time data to assign an accurate fraud probability score to every checkout attempt.
- Automated Order Actions: Automatically block, cancel, hold for review, or flag orders based on their calculated risk score without manual intervention.
- Velocity Checks: Detects and blocks rapid-fire ordering patterns from the same IP address, email, phone number, or credit card within a specific timeframe.
- Device Fingerprinting & Bot Detection: Identifies spoofed devices, emulators, TOR network usage, and automated bot scripts attempting to bypass checkout security.
- Geolocation & IP Analysis: Blocks orders from high-risk countries or regions and detects mismatches between the customer's IP location and their billing address.
- BIN (Bank Identification Number) Validation: Analyzes the first 6 digits of the credit card to verify the issuing bank, card type, and country, flagging prepaid or high-risk cards.
- Email & Phone Reputation Checks: Cross-references customer contact details against global databases of known fraudulent emails, disposable email domains, and VOIP numbers.
- Chargeback Protection & Alerts: Instantly notifies store administrators of highly suspicious orders and automatically gathers digital evidence to help dispute chargebacks.
- Customizable Whitelists & Blacklists: Manually block or approve specific IP addresses, email addresses, phone numbers, or credit card numbers.

Instructions
- Installation:Navigate to your WordPress Dashboard > Plugins > Add New. Click "Upload Plugin," select the
kaddora-woocommerce-fraud-detection.zipfile, and click "Install Now." Once installed, click "Activate." - Activation & Licensing:Go to WooCommerce > Settings > Kaddora Fraud Detection. Enter your purchased License Key in the designated field and click "Activate License" to unlock the AI engine and threat databases.
- General Configuration:In the "General Settings" tab, define your global Risk Score thresholds. Set the score at which an order should be Auto-Approved, Flagged for Review, or Auto-Canceled. Enable "Test Mode" initially to monitor how the plugin scores orders without actually blocking them.
- Rule Customization:Navigate to the "Rules & Checks" tab. Here, you can toggle specific detection modules on or off (e.g., Velocity Checks, Geolocation, BIN Checks). Configure specific parameters, such as setting the maximum number of orders allowed per IP per hour or selecting high-risk countries to block.
- Whitelist & Blacklist Management:Use the "Lists" tab to manually add trusted customers to your Whitelist (bypassing all checks) or add known fraudsters to your Blacklist (instant blocking).
- Testing the System:With Test Mode enabled, place a few test orders using different scenarios (e.g., a normal order, an order from a blocked country, rapid orders from the same IP). Check the Kaddora Dashboard to ensure the Risk Scores and automated actions are triggering correctly.
- Go Live & Monitor:Once satisfied with the configuration, disable "Test Mode" in the General Settings. Navigate to the Kaddora Dashboard regularly to review flagged orders, analyze fraud trends, and adjust your risk thresholds as your store grows.
