Scheduled WooCommerce order CSV reports with email delivery, logs, retries, and HPOS-ready exports.
Overview
ReportBridge Scheduler for WooCommerce is a lightweight report delivery automation plugin for WooCommerce stores.
It helps store admins automatically generate recurring WooCommerce order CSV reports and deliver them by email. Instead of manually exporting daily, weekly, or monthly order reports, store owners can create schedules, choose a practical date range, send CSV attachments to selected recipients, and review delivery logs from the WordPress admin area.
ReportBridge is intentionally focused. Version 1 does not try to be a full import/export suite, cloud sync tool, Google Sheets connector, or FTP client. It focuses on reliable scheduled order CSV reports, email delivery, delivery logs, manual retry, and HPOS-ready WooCommerce order queries.
Use it for:
- Daily order reports
- Weekly operations reports
- Monthly accounting exports
- Fulfillment CSV reports
- Customer/order summaries
- Internal WooCommerce reporting workflows
Key benefits:
- Save time on repeated manual WooCommerce exports
- Send CSV reports to operations, accounting, or store admins
- Keep a delivery history with success, failure, file name, order count, and error details
- Retry failed report runs manually
- Use practical date presets such as Yesterday, Last 7 days, and This month
- Built for WooCommerce HPOS using WooCommerce CRUD APIs
The plugin uses WordPress wp_mail for delivery. A properly configured SMTP plugin or server mail setup is recommended for production stores.
