Overview
BWD WooCommerce Withdrawal Center helps WooCommerce stores receive and manage customer withdrawal requests through a structured frontend form and a dedicated admin workflow.
The plugin is designed to help store owners support withdrawal-request workflows related to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, Directive 2011/83/EU, as amended by Directive (EU) 2023/2673, which introduces an online withdrawal function under Article 11a for eligible distance contracts concluded through an online interface.
Customers validate their order using the order number and billing email before the withdrawal form is shown. After validation, they can complete the configurable request form, select products when enabled, confirm legal checkboxes, review their request, and submit it.
Store administrators can manage requests from a dedicated WordPress admin area, update statuses, export requests, configure withdrawal settings, customize optional fields, set exception rules, and edit customer/admin email templates.
Greek translations are included, with language files for Greek locale variants, and editable labels/templates can be translated through WPML or Polylang string translation tools.
The plugin provides workflow tools only. Store owners remain responsible for configuring their own legal text, eligibility rules, policies, notices, and retention practices according to their jurisdiction.
