Digital Stamp Card brings the classic coffee-shop loyalty card into your WooCommerce store — fully automated. Every time a registered customer places a paid order, they earn a stamp. When their card fills up, they get a reward: either a coupon code, or a reward they choose themselves in the cart — a free product or a category-based discount.

No third-party service. No monthly fees. No accounts to manage. It runs entirely inside your own store.

Two ways to reward a full card

Per-category discounts

Set a different discount percentage for every product category — for example 20% on one range, 10% on another — plus a default for everything else. When the customer chooses the discount reward, each item in their cart is discounted by its category's rate (highest matching wins).

Make it yours

• Upload your own logo to use as the stamp. Collected stamps show the full logo in colour; empty ones show it faded, just like a real paper card being filled in.
• A polished stamp card in every customer's account, with a progress bar, remaining count, active reward, and coupon history.
• Show the card anywhere with the [stamp_card] shortcode.

Smart, on-brand emails

Optional emails for a new stamp, an "almost there" nudge, and the reward itself — all sent through WooCommerce's own email template so they match your store. Every subject and body is editable with handy placeholders like {customer_name}, {remaining}, and {coupon_code}. A "send test email" button lets you verify deliverability instantly.

Full admin control

• A sortable overview of every collector: progress, lifetime stamps, rewards won, pending rewards, last activity.

Installation

1. 1 Upload the plugin. In WordPress admin, go to Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin. Choose digital-stamp-card.zip and click Install Now, then Activate.
2. 2 Open Stamp Card › Settings. A new Stamp Card menu appears in the admin sidebar. Configure your rules there.
3. 3 Refresh permalinks (once). If the customer account tab shows a 404, go to Settings → Permalinks and click Save Changes once — this refreshes WordPress rewrite rules.

Quick start (5 minutes)

1. 1 Set stamps required. Under Settings › Stamps, set how many stamps fill one card (10 is a good default).
2. 2 Choose a reward mode. Leave it on "Customer chooses in the cart" for the richest experience, or switch to "Automatic coupon" for the classic model.
3. 3 Define the reward. In choice mode, pick one or more free products and/or set discount percentages per product category. In coupon mode, choose the coupon type and amount.
4. 4 Upload a stamp logo. Optional. Under the card appearance settings, upload a square image from the media library. Empty stamps show it as a faded ghost, filled stamps in full colour.
5. 5 Edit the texts and emails. Every customer-facing text is a plain field in settings — write everything in your language. Then click "Send a test email to me" under Emails to confirm delivery.
6. 6 Save and test. Place a test order, mark it complete, and check the Stamp Card tab in your account.

Displaying the card

The stamp card appears automatically as a "Stamp Card" tab in every customer's My Account page. You can also place it anywhere with a shortcode:
