Workflow makes it very easy to create a workflow. Workflow provides you with the tools that you need to create a workflow like a dynamic form designer and a dynamic workflow designer. Some examples of a workflows that you can create using Workflow includes (Software Development Life Cycle, Issue Tracker, Support Requests , HR Requests like Vacations, training ... and many other applications).

At runtime, Workflow will enforce the designed workflow without the need for any type of training, only authorized users will perform their actions.
You can create as many workflow (Issue Tracker, HR Forms, Support Form, Finance Forms ...) as you like in the same web application, the can select the workflow he wish to access from the homepage.
The admin user can modify the project form, workflow, users at any time after publishing the project

After installing php server and MYSQL engine
Extract the content of workflow.rar to the root (public accessible directory) of the php server, this will be htdocs if you are using XAMPP.
Now you have the directory workflow containing all project files located in a public accessible directory.
Locate the file WORKFLOW-ENGINE-MYSQL.sql file inside workflow directory, this file contains the database and tables creation SQL commands.
Execute the content of WORKFLOW-ENGINE-MYSQL.sql in the MYSQL database engine, you may use phpmyadmin or any other application.
Locate the file /common/config.php inside workflow directory, and modify the database username and password keys here.
Make sure that the PHP and database servers are running.
Navigate to http://localhost/workflow/login.php using your prefered web browser.
Login using admin/password, you will need to change the password for admin user after login.
All file uploads and attachments will be stored in /workflow/uploads directory, please make sure that the application have the provileges to create/delete folder and upload files to this directory
The maximum post size can be modified in php.ini file
A regular license allows an item to be used in one project for either personal or commercial use by you or on behalf of a client. The item cannot be offered for resale either on its own or as part of a project. Distribution of source files is not permitted.
An extended license allows an item to be used in unlimited projects for either personal or commercial use. The item cannot be offered for resale "as-is". It is allowed to distribute/sublicense the source files as part of a larger project.
