Description
Minox Player is free open source music player for Windows7 developed by Amar Tufo in VB.NET programming language. Player is powered with Windows Media Player as it working engine and it features advanced playback, splash screen, as well as folder drag and drop method. The main goal of Minox Player was to exclude music library out of play it self and offer user the simple music player that play's your favorite mp3 music. Requirements
- Windows 7 32-bit version of operating syste with at least 1GB of RAM and 80GB of HDD.
- Very solid knowledge of VB.NET programming language, OOP koncepts, data type manipulation and definition, method, function, and classes decaration, working with DLL libraries, handling exceptions, basics of .NET Framework architecture as well as setup deployment.
- Adobe Photoshop CS3, NET Paint.
Instructions
In order to develop or compile Minox Player from source code you need to have VB.NET already preinstalled. After you download Minox Player source code from this site and open it solution you need to change the adress of your working directory so that you can compile it and run it. Working directory can be change as follow: Go to Project > Minox Player Properties > and then select Working directory: here ad your location of Minox Player and click save. Then hit run and volila.
