This is a module for AiDex - The AI Chatbots Manager.

This module allows you to connect AiDex chatbots directly through Facebook Messenger, enabling automated customer support responses, lead capture, appointment scheduling, and other features offered by AiDex's chatbots.
Improve customer interactions and streamline business processes by integrating Facebook Messenger with your AI-powered customer support system.

• Support for all AiDex chatbot features through Messenger, including: Lead capture, appointment scheduling, customer feedback collection, and newsletter subscription functionality.

• v1.8+ of AiDex (If you don't have one yet, make sure to obtain your copy here)

Installation Instructions:

• Download the module zip file.
• Using your AiDex admin dashboard navigate to /admin/modules
• Click Upload a new module's .zip file
• Select the .zip file
• Click Install

Make sure APP_ENV in the .env file is set to locale when installing a module.

Getting Started:

1. Create a meta developer account at Meta For Developers.
2. On the developers page create a new app.
3. On the app dashboard, click Add Product on the left menu.
4. Inside the Messenger tile, click Messenger API Setup.
5. Connect Your Facebook Page And Generate an access token.
6. In your AiDex dashboard navigate into widgets > messenger integration.
7. Enter the generated access token & the page ID. 
8. For the verify token field, Type any dummy string that's going to be used for authorizing the webhook. 
9. Save the changes, and go to Configuration under the Messenger tile. 
10. Paste the webhook url along with the verify token that you just created and hit verify.
11. Under the webhook subscription, subscribe in the messages event.
12. You're all set, Open Facebook Messenger and have a conversation with the chatbot.
