Analytics & Reporting
Built-in analytics dashboard displays WhatsApp orders, revenue, button clicks, orders over time, and top products. All Chat2Order events are logged to dedicated custom tables ({prefix}_wptwww_orders and {prefix}_wptwww_analytics) and can be filtered and exported to CSV.
Uninstall & Data
On uninstall (delete), plugin options and custom tables are removed. Export your orders and analytics before uninstalling if you wish to retain data.

- MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB equivalent
- A WhatsApp number (personal or business) capable of receiving messages
- Recommended: HTTPS (SSL) enabled for secure WhatsApp Web behavior on desktop
- Recommended: PHP memory_limit >= 128MB for large stores and analytics
- Note: Plugin checks for WooCommerce on activation and will deactivate itself if WooCommerce is not active

Instructions
- Download the plugin ZIP file from your Codecanyon account.
- Go to WordPress Admin > Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin.
- Upload the ZIP file and click “Install Now.”
- After installation, click “Activate.” The plugin will automatically verify WooCommerce; if WooCommerce is not active, you will see a notice.
- Go to Whatsapp Connect in the left admin menu.
- Create one or more WhatsApp Agents by adding:
- Name
- WhatsApp Number
- Online/Offline messages
- Availability schedule (optional)
- Open Widget Settings and configure:
- Widget title and description
- Colors, font size, alignment, and mobile behaviour
- Which agent to display
- Page visibility rules
- Enable Chat2Order Buttons on product page, shop archive, and cart page as needed.
- Configure Checkout WhatsApp Message:
- Enable WhatsApp message after checkout
- Select message template
- Use placeholders like {order_number}, {customer_name}, {order_total}, etc.
- Save all settings.
- Place a test order or open a product page to confirm:
- Widget appears correctly
- WhatsApp opens with the correct pre-filled message
- Order logs and analytics are being recorded
- Use the Analytics dashboard to monitor clicks, orders, revenue, and top products.
- If uninstalling, use “Delete” from Plugins — this removes plugin options and custom tables.
