Requirements

• WordPress 5.8+
• PHP 7.4+
• GD extension
• ZipArchive
• dompdf/dompdf

### Install from WordPress Admin

1. Go to `Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin`.
2. Upload the installable plugin ZIP.
3. Click `Install Now`.
4. Click `Activate Plugin`.

### Install Manually

1. Extract the installable plugin ZIP.
2. Upload the `BingoGenerator` folder to:

```text
/wp-content/plugins/
```

3. Go to `Plugins` in WordPress.
4. Activate `Bingo Generator`.

## 4. Plugin Menu

After activation, you will see:

- `Bingo Generator > Generate Cards`
- `Bingo Generator > My Generations`
- `Bingo Generator > Settings`

## 5. First Setup

Open `Bingo Generator > Settings` and configure:

- default top title
- default colors
- uninstall behavior

This helps you keep all future generations visually consistent.

## 6. Creating a Bingo Generation

Open `Bingo Generator > Generate Cards`.

Set:

1. Number of cards
2. Top band title
3. Optional center logo
4. Colors
5. Font
6. PDF page size
7. PDF layout
8. Expiration period
9. Public or private access

Then click `Generate Cards`.

## 7. Card Format

The plugin currently uses the `75-ball` `BINGO` format:

- `5 columns x 5 rows`
- free center cell
- number ranges by column:
- `B`: `1-15`
- `I`: `16-30`
- `N`: `31-45`
- `G`: `46-60`
- `O`: `61-75`

Cards are generated as unique inside each generation.

## 8. Downloads

Each generation can provide:

- `ZIP` download
- `PDF` download

### ZIP Export

- contains one `PNG` per card
- useful for digital delivery or custom printing workflows

### PDF Export

- ready for print
- supports `2x2` and `3x3` layouts

## 9. Public Links

If public access is enabled when creating a generation, the plugin creates a public URL that can be shared.

The public page includes:

- paginated card browsing
- ZIP download
- PDF download

If the generation is private, it remains available only in the WordPress admin.

## 10. My Generations

Inside `Bingo Generator > My Generations`, you can:

- review previous generations
- copy public links
- download ZIP files
- download PDF files
- delete generations

## 11. Languages

The plugin supports:

- English by default
- Spanish when the WordPress locale starts with `es`

## 12. Uninstall Behavior

The plugin includes controlled uninstall options:

- keep plugin data and generated files
- delete plugin data and generated files

This option can be configured from the Settings page before uninstalling.

## 13. Troubleshooting

### ZIP download does not work

Check:

- `ZipArchive` is enabled on your server
- the WordPress uploads directory is writable

### PDF download does not work

Check:

- your server has enough memory for PDF generation
- the plugin package includes its required vendor files

### Public page does not open

Check:

- the generation is public
- the generation has not expired
- the public link was copied correctly

### Language is not changing

Check the WordPress site language setting in:

- `Settings > General`
