Confluent WP is a modern WordPress team knowledge base and workspace plugin inspired by Confluence-style collaboration platforms. It allows users to register, access a frontend dashboard, create workspaces, organize content into spaces, write pages, manage documents, and share knowledge from one central WordPress-powered system.

The plugin is suitable for internal company wikis, SaaS-style documentation portals, client portals, project documentation, team knowledge bases, and private workspace systems. It includes separate admin and user dashboards, workspace navigation, a page editor, file browser, right-side editor panel, and support for both public and private pages.

Because the plugin package is around 5MB, it is recommended to upload it directly to the WordPress plugins directory first.     

• Extract the WordPress plugin ZIP file on your computer.
• Upload the extracted plugin folder to: wp-content/plugins/ using FTP, cPanel File Manager, or your hosting file manager.     
• Go to WordPress Admin → Plugins.     
• Find Confluent WP in the plugin list.  
• Click Activate.     
• After activation, go to the Confluent WP admin/settings area.     
• Confirm or create the required Confluent pages.     
• Make sure pretty permalinks are enabled from Settings → Permalinks.     
• Open the Confluent dashboard page.     
• Register or log in as a user.     
• Create a workspace, add spaces, create pages, and start building your team knowledge base.
