- SMTP credentials for email sending, if email features are used
- SMS provider credentials, if SMS features are used

Instructions
Installation Instructions
- Upload the project files to your server.
- Point your domain or subdomain to the public directory.
- Create a new database from your hosting control panel.
- Copy the .env.example file and rename it to .env.
- Update the .env file with your app URL, database credentials, mail settings and other required configuration.
- Run composer install to install PHP dependencies.
- Run php artisan key:generate to generate the application key.
- Run php artisan migrate --seed to create database tables and seed required data.
- Run npm install to install frontend dependencies.
- Run npm run build to compile production assets.
- Make sure the storage and bootstrap/cache directories are writable.
- Run php artisan storage:link if public file storage is required.
- Configure queue worker or cron jobs if your hosting setup requires background processing.
- Login to the admin panel and configure company settings, branches, fiscal year, document numbering, email, SMS, payment gateways and AI settings.
Post Installation Setup
- Set application name, logo, favicon and branding from app settings.
- Create or update branches according to your business structure.
- Create fiscal year and mark the active fiscal year.
- Configure chart of accounts and accounting defaults.
- Configure document numbering for invoices, vouchers, payments and other transactions.
- Create users, roles and permissions.
- Configure tax settings based on your country or business requirement.
- Configure email, SMS, online payment and AI settings if needed.
- Add products, warehouses, customers, suppliers and employees before starting transactions.
Important Notes
- AI, SMS and online payment features require third-party provider credentials.
- Some server environments may require manual queue, storage and permission configuration.
- Always take a database backup before updating or modifying the application.
- For production use, enable HTTPS and configure proper server security settings.
