Overview
Delivery Management System is a modern web application built with React, Node.js, Express, Prisma ORM, and MySQL. It is designed to help delivery companies, restaurants, pharmacies, grocery stores, and local businesses efficiently manage orders, couriers, and stores from a single platform.
The system includes dedicated dashboards for Administrators, Stores, and Couriers, providing real-time statistics and complete order management. New orders are automatically sent to couriers via Telegram. In addition, the platform features a built-in real-time chat system, allowing users to communicate directly without relying on Telegram. The first courier to accept an order is automatically assigned to it, preventing multiple couriers from handling the same delivery.
With a clean interface, secure authentication, and real-time order tracking, this solution provides everything needed to streamline delivery operations.
