White-label by design: store name, logo, currency, colors and language are configured from the admin panel, no rebuild needed.

• A VPS with Docker installed (2 GB RAM minimum) and a domain name
• A free Firebase project (used only for authentication)
• A Stripe and/or PayPal account for payments (optional: Paysgator account for mobile money in Mozambique)

1. Clone/extract the source code on your server
2. Copy the .env.example files and fill in your database, Firebase and payment gateway credentials
3. Run docker compose up -d --build
4. Run the included seed script to create demo data (optional)
5. Log in to the admin panel and configure your store name, currency, logo and languages
