  Hi The loan calculator is not working accordingly can you fix it please I think its a bug
  when you enter the loan the loan shows immediately that its overdue the same day you enter it and then when the next repayment comes its not showing that its due but it pushes to the next month

  Hi Checkout the error list of updates we have experienced
  SYSTEM LIMITATIONS
  a) Functionality Issues
  The system has no:
  • Provision to print the arrears Report.
  • Provision to print the expected repayment Report
  • Provision to print the Portfolio value Report
  • Provision to allow other officers to log-in using their credentials but ONLY for the branch manager as at now.
  • Provision to track the person who entered into the system
  • Provision to track the total amount of the loan for the group business loan, e.g. Savings group loans as for now we can’t track the group amount individuals how can we operate savings group.
  • Provision to show how many days is the group in arrears and portfolio at risk.
  • System should have Auto massage and be able to pick payment from customers’ bank account when the loan is due.
  b) Error Issues
   The system should be customized according to the product in order to allow the payment of processing fees to be paid.
   The system should not push the loans automatically to the following month when enter in a new month.
   The system should have a provision of two officers one enter and register and other one approved by Manager.
   The system is giving errors on the payment date. E.g. if you put the date of payment next month as 2rd the system show the loan due the same month 2rd.
   We can’t approve the loan in the system it pushes the loan to pending approve again and again.
   The system is unable to detect the balance and bring it to due report when the client has just made one payment for his/her loan.
