  I am interested in buying your script. I would like to confirm if this script has EMAIL PIPING. What I mean is that, for example, Can USER send an email to [email protected] and this script would generate a TICKET on behalf of such mail. ADMIN can either reply through EMAIL or USER RESPOND through EMAIL and the SUPPORT SCRIPT would still be updated.
  
  This is referred to as EMAIL FORWARDING PIPING.
  
  Please let me know if this feature is available.
