  To change the timezone, go to config/app.php and change timezone based on https://www.w3schools.com/php/php_ref_timezones.asp .

  installed looks like working.... just one thing in the documentation.txt, the .htaccess file that is in the source code does not match the one written in the documentation.txt. Maybe you can correct the doc. Since I have left it untouched and it works fine, atleast from the first run.

  mysql is correct. The SQL file is inside the Database folder. You should import it into the DB.
