  PayPal, stripe, flutterwave for auto deposit for user, you can also add unlimited manual deposit
  
  You will just fund your flutterwave account only will deduct by itself when customer creating cards

  You will need to fund your CARD issuer Wallet , no need to submit website to anywhere, Card issuer where we are using api is attched with documentation
