  each doctor has different profile page? Zoom or video call integrated for online consultation? Web app available? On sign up page, mark the field as Blood group and give options to choose blood group for patients. Probably, patients registration can be more detailed and sign up just basic info.

  Exactly, each doctor will have his own profile and calendar system with his own set of appointment slots, and (s)he can make/change his appointment schedules as (s)he wants. Each doctor can even schedule his/her appointment slots weekly, monthly and even yearly basis. So a doctor will have his own exclusive calendar for managing his/her appointments.

  Not yet, but we have that in our mind to integrate that in future .

  Yes, medicaid is a 100% responsive web application.

  We kept everything as simple as possible. Registration process asks only the info that is required and important more maintenaing the app more useful and complete.
