  Option to change the color is unavailable at the moment. But we will consider that in the future updates. We will have an option to add a custom CSS codes

  Login as admin, Go to front settings > website colors then input any colour in HEX and RGB formats and save.

  I tested it now, it's working fine. Can't you put a thumbnail on the ads that are listed on the homepage? Its the translation? I couldn't translate to my language which is Portuguese.

  If you have an ad script (let's say, from google adsense) and you post it, it will be converted automatically to the way it was designed to appear (image, text).
  For translation - The code is translation ready only that we haven't completed translating all the response. Be sure they will be complete in the next update.
