  i can see there is workflow, meaning the employer could move the candidates to any flow from the chat conversation?

  yes employer can move candidate from one workflow to another but not from chat conversation. In job Employer > Jobs page you will find "Manage Applications " Link if its a live job. In other you will have all the list of candidates and there details and on the right column you will find status section .form here you can press next or previous button to change candidate's current workflow status.

  would be great if the employer able to move candidate from chat interface as well, as he might forgot to move the candidate and no need to remember the candidates name.

  Codester chooses 4 files for a flash sale every week. I allowed this product for a flash sale. Hopefully, soon codester will add this product in flash sale soon. I am going to reduce price on my next update. Thanks
