  ‎Hi. I hope you're doing well. I recently purchased your product “Ticket Support - Real Time Chat”, and I’ve run into a critical issue.

  ‎The code is built on the Firebase Legacy Cloud Messaging API, which has now been officially deprecated and disabled as of June 20, 2024. Because of this, the live chat functionality that relies on Firebase messaging does not work anymore, making the product unusable in its current state.
  ‎
  ‎I kindly request that you either:
  ‎
  ‎1. Update the code to use the new Firebase HTTP v1 API, which is the current supported version,
  ‎OR
  ‎
  ‎
  ‎2. Issue a full refund, as the product no longer functions as intended due to reliance on a discontinued API.
  ‎
  ‎
  ‎
  ‎Please let me know how you’d like to proceed. I’d prefer a working updated version if available, but if not, a refund would be appreciated.
