Assistants are being deprecated by OpenAI
End of life is planned for mid-2026. We recommend using OpenAI models directly with the appropriate tools instead. For knowledge bases, you can use a Vector Store directly, which provides the same capabilities as Assistants (and often better performance). AI Engine is focusing development efforts on the Responses API going forward.

Our app includes automatic model updates, meaning that any new model released by OpenAI is added automatically — no manual updates are required.
Regarding your refund request, we’re sorry to inform you that we’re unable to process it. Our records indicate that your purchase was made over a YEAR ago, and we can’t be held responsible for the product not being used during that period.
Please note that refunds are only issued when there’s a proven contradiction between what’s advertised and what’s actually provided in the product’s features.

Is there no way clients can link whatsapp via QR?
And i cant get the assistant to work.. the chatbot embedded...
It does not give a response?
I have set up pusher in .env aswell.
i see no responses in the widget only loading buffer message dots... -

We’d like to reassure you that we’re still actively supporting our item, and updates are indeed planned. However, to ensure that our development efforts remain sustainable, we typically draft new updates once we have a meaningful set of feature requests from a sufficient number of buyers. Otherwise, releasing updates too frequently without broad demand would result in us operating below cost, which is difficult to maintain long term.

We're currently considering a multi-AI-provider approach, including support for DeepSeek. However, we don’t have a confirmed timeline for its implementation just yet.
Regarding the web chat widget—yes, it’s highly customizable. You can adjust various aspects such as the font, alignment, language, and more to better match your website's design and branding.

The upgrade instructions are designed to ensure that no data, including image files and databases, is lost. It's important to follow them carefully during the update; otherwise, the upgrade may not be successful.
We're also working on a simpler upgrade process.

9 months agomuhammadiwa Purchasedmake each update in module form. so that when there is a new update, I just have to install the updated module. If this is the case, every time there is a new update, I have to reinstall it and reset the server. takes too much time. Make each updated version into a module so just upload the latest version in the module menu to make it simpler and more practical -

Some suggestions:
- Webhook to trigger Captured data.
- ApiRest to fetch Captured data.
- Integration with Instagram Direct.
- Integration with Mercado Pago (Largest Gateway in Latin America).
Some questions before purchasing:
- What is the difference between a model and a assistant?
On the platform, both can be trained and added to a Widget.
- How do Datasets work and where are they implemented or consumed?
- Do you have documentation or video on using the tool and all modules?
- How does AI direct service to a human agent on the platform?
- How are captures made and triggered and how do "handed off messages" work?
- Would Feedback Collection be possible as a KPI at the end of the service? -

1. Difference between Models and Assistants: AI models are simpler and provide faster responses, but they do not have memory. On the other hand, assistants can engage in more human-like conversations since they have access to memory and conversation history, allowing them to deliver more accurate responses.

3. Human Agent Handoff: Whenever a user requests to speak with a human agent, the AI sends a notification email. The agent can then follow the provided link to join and take over the conversation.
4. Function Triggers in Conversations: The AI can trigger specific functions when needed. For example, if a user expresses interest in a feature that is not yet available, the AI captures this as a suggestion. Similarly, it can collect user feedback, handle newsletter subscriptions, and process other relevant data.
5. Feedback Collection Feature: Could you please clarify your suggestion regarding feedback collection? We’d love to understand it better.
