  1. Currently not possible to hide or generate votes, but it's something I can help you build
  
  2. Not yet, but doable in the next version
  
  3. Yes it's currently implemented before user submits they are asked to pay
  
  4. I disabled the banner option to minimise storage, but I can have that activated back
