  I am new to this website and come from a finance background. While reviewing your application, I noticed a few important features and pieces of information that seem to be missing:
  
  1. Client Login: There doesn't appear to be a client login option in the application.
  
  2. Invoice Tax Details: In an invoice, if I add Item 1 and Item 2 with 10% tax, and Item 3 with 12% tax, the summary shows the total tax. However, there's no clear indication of which tax percentage is applied to each item. This information is crucial and currently missing from the invoice.
  
  3. Different Billing and Shipping Addresses: If the billing address and shipping address are different, how does the application handle this scenario?
  
  I would appreciate it if you could clarify these points and let me know if these features are planned or already available in a different section of the application.

  1. There is no separate client portal. Client can pay invoice using the shared invoice link.
  
  2. Thank you for your suggestions for this point.
  
  3. Currently our system show only billing information automatically but you can add other information in invoice footer or nite section.
  
  4. There is no indication of shipping address in invoice module. The address you are seeing that are billing information which is same for product or service.

  Automatic notification are available for recurring invoices. Currently we don't have any plan for WhatsApp integrating. Any new features will be added based on a good number of customer requests. We also provide paid modification services and you can hire us for your extra modification.

  Due to my busy schedule, I was unable to respond earlier. Yes, I checked, and it is now in the correct format and more informative. However, I noticed that there is still no client login feature where they can view their invoices.
  
  Also, as you mentioned about custom work I’m not interested in custom work because it would create a different version of the code just for me. This would make it difficult to apply future updates if there are any releases.
  
  In today’s modern world, almost all software includes a WhatsApp feature. If you could consider adding this, I would definitely make the purchase. You can even increase the price by a few more dollars — that’s not a problem — but we need these features in the software.
  
  Let me know if these features will be included in the future, and I will definitely proceed with the purchase.

  It is currently working as expected, though there is always room for improvement. We provide assistance for installation in cPanel/hPanel/aPanel/Plesk etc. You can make an order for the installation service as well.

  Every system has a few flaws and bugs. If someone claims that a system is 100% perfect, it is usually not true. Some issues may appear early, while others surface later. That’s why we continuously maintain, update, and improve the system day by day. Like current system has an issue to update translation which will fix in the next release as well as few other minor issues.

  1. Does the software support both single-entry and double-entry accounting?
  2. Will I receive future updates?
  3. Most importantly, can I set up this software on a local PC using XAMPP, WAMP, or Laragon? It should also work without an internet connection. For security reasons, we prefer to use the software in a fully local environment.
  4. Is this software fully independent, or does it depend on your server? I ask because a few months ago, I purchased a software that relied on the seller's server. When their server went down, our software stopped working for almost four days. So I want to confirm this beforehand.
