  Thank you for your message.
  
  Please note that for AdMob ads to work properly, your app or game must first be approved and published on Google Play or the Apple App Store.
  After that, you need to verify the successful store link in your AdMob account.
  
  Only then will your AdMob key become active and start showing real ads.
  Before the app is published and verified, test ads may work, but real ads will not display.

  Let's try choose only Admob for your game. Go to game scene -> Find AdsController -> Choose Current Ads Type ADMOB
  Your game will ignore Unity Ads and only show Admob
  I don't think that Unity Ads has any problems. But try my way to show your Ads first

  I understand your concern. Please note the following:
  • If the source code works successfully with the AdMob test IDs, it means the ad integration in the project is working perfectly and there is no issue in the source code.
  • In most cases, the problem comes from your AdMob configuration. Please make sure you check the following steps carefully:
  
  1. Verify your app with AdMob:
  • Add your live store link to AdMob.
  • Set up the app-ads.txt file (this is mandatory for all new apps).
  • After completing these steps, click Verify and wait up to 24 hours for AdMob to activate your App ID.
  2. Check your AdMob keys in the Unity project:
  • Go to the AdsController in your Game Scene and make sure you have entered the correct AdMob keys for Banner, Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads.
  3. Verify the Google Mobile Ads App ID:
  • In Unity Editor, go to:
  Assets → Google Mobile Ads → Settings
  • Make sure your Google Mobile Ads App ID is entered correctly.
  
  Once these steps are completed, your live AdMob ads should start showing after the verification process.
