  No, this is not a SaaS. This is a self-hosted Laravel script. Buyers will download and install it on their own server. Documentation is included.

  It is a self-hosted Laravel application that you can install on your own server.
  
  It already has user registration, login, teams, and boards, so multiple users can work on the same installation.
  
  It does not include subscriptions or payment plans out of the box.
  
  So it is not SaaS yet, but I may add more functionality like that in the future
