  Bank transfer is a basic feature for any person to use. If you are planning to squeeze out of greed even for such basic things, I will go for refund. You have not provided any documentation on product overview and You also stated farmer customer direct dealings. All farmers are not VISA card holders. An author asking for money for adding "bank payment"!
