  this is simple i like it couple things you should think about in a update when viewing a ticket can mark close inside the ticket also more permissions and roles instead of just admin also Dark mode

  Hi, all the mentioned features are already available. Tickets can be closed directly inside the ticket, and dark mode is located on the bottom right of the screen (little moon icon).

  when a staff person replys to customers ticket it shows Support or Admin or Staff after name

  Not only does it have that feature, but it also has the option to add your own badge for support. You can also change colornof support 😊

  ofc last thing i did check out the support section looks good one thing i would like to see be added in stead of a badge show also add a option to add words after the staff name so example Nightpkz (Support) or whatever someone types thanks for the replys

  That feature was there originally. I did some updates to styling and removed it by mistake. In the next update, I will re-add it so whoever is responding to the ticket will display their name. I have a few things I want to add in the next update, but at the moment I'm working on two other projects: a PIM system and a Gym Wodify system (a full gym management system).
