  After purchasing and testing the NiceVideo script, I unfortunately find that it does not meet my expectations or what is normally expected for this type of product.
  
  Before purchasing, there was no accessible website demo or online documentation to properly test or evaluate the script's features. I was therefore forced to buy the item solely to be able to test it, which is problematic.
  
  After installing and analyzing the product, I realize that several essential features are missing or very limited, and that the script does not meet the needs of my project. The current architecture also requires significant modifications to be truly usable in a production environment.
  
  Under these circumstances, the product does not meet my expectations and is not what I was looking for.
  
  I would therefore like to request a refund for this purchase.

  NiceVideo is a good video-sharing site script. compared to other similar scripts for sale. It just lacked features because it's a new script. I hope you update it soon. I've just noticed that the demo site is down. I hope it's not abandoned. I can tell you put a lot of time and effort into it. I hope it's not abandoned.

  I really like this app. Is there any chance of getting a dark theme and also preview of the video when you hover over the thumbnails, or when you scroll to it on mobile?

  The dark theme is ready; I'll be rolling it out in the next NiceVideo update.
  
  And yes, I'll be adding a video preview system soon. However, it won't be in the next update, unfortunately. I expect it will be included starting with update 3.

  We will fully implement the "Ads system" with the next update. I just didn't want to add it half-heartedly to the first version.
  
  I'm not very keen on messaging systems. Unfortunately, that feature isn't currently part of my roadmap.

  I will definitely implement Amazon S3, Backblaze, and Wasabi integrations. (It will most likely be included in the next update.)
  
  On the secure authentication system side, we will prioritize QR transactions, but this is not currently on our roadmap.

  Please consider Video chunk upload and CDN, because you sell a video sharing script.

  Since you mentioned, what's your future NiceVideo roadmap for NiceVideo features?
  
  Short video? Template improvement, like dark mode, and others. Please don't make it too simple, a video sharing platform, because other scripts are doing the same things
