1 month agohi quick question looking at the demo for agents do they always see all tickets or can you give them a department like billing and they only see billing also one other thing do mod and admin have badges to stand out from clients. -

Agents can see all tickets and also the assigned tickets.
And there's no badge to stand out in clients both are marked as (Support Team).
However, we will be launch the next update around 13 May and you can share your feedbacks and we will make sure to include it.
