  I am not one given to writing reviews. As an entrepreneur, I am usually empathetic to the struggles of others trying to get someonewhere. BUT I had to make an exception to write Pixinal Studio, the maker of the GigToDo script is about one of the WORST businesses I have purchased anything from. There is a measure of cold heartless in the way they treat their customers. Once they get your money, they don't respond to messages no matter how many times you contact them. They simply ignore you.
  
  It may be easy for the owner to laugh at us, his poor customers, after all, he has gotten the money which is usually non-refundable. Go on and have a good Sir and enjoy while we struggle to solve questions that arise from your application. I bought from you on Codecanyon and even defended you in the comment section when some buyer was annoyed by never hearing back from you. That buyer admonished me when I defended you and mention that I would see for myself in time. Alas! How right he was about your cold hearted attituded towards your customers. How wrong I was.
  
  You ran away from Codecanyon when the heat became too much from your aggrieved customers. Or did Codecanyon chase you away? All I can do is wish you good luck and hope that, perhaps, you will one day have a conscience in helping to solve problems present in your buggy applications.

  If what you require is a refund, send us a message via message. I will coordinate to have you refunded. You can also request a refund via codecanyon. I will approve it. GigToDo is undergoing a very big update (no dates to mention as that crucifies us when we don't make it) However, with the influx of rude comments, we are starting to wonder if it is worth it to continue. We are accepting all refund requests, and apologizing for all the inconvenience.

  Do not buy it. Too many bugs it will take them ages to fix. You will be waiting days and weeks until their support who lies a lot, by the way, will be online to do anything. And waiting will kill your idea/business within a few weeks. If you decide to refund, you will be accused, everything will be your fault. If you want to start online business you have to invest time in marketing, team but not waiting weeks for minor issues to be fixed by the seller. Remember codester refunds only within three months since purchase. Refund immediately if you see bugs! Do not wait. The seller "rewards" you with a fix if you are fighting for it. Literally fighting. Do not waste your time on them. And yes, they always say they always help and if they do not it is your fault and everything is because you are not doing what they tell you.
