open project in unity (It is better to use Unity 2020.3.38f1), Open scenes folder, then open Load scene, click on AdsManager gameobject in hierarchy, in the inspector change app key property to your ironsource app key, also click on canvas and change privacy policy property  to your privacy policy link. and also change the package name.
