For anyone going to the gym, GymWizPro is a straightforward fitness app. Based on your basic information (age, weight, etc.), you can create a profile and get a general idea of how to divide up your workout days and what to eat (calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates). The workout list is the mai future of this app, simply select a muscle group, select exercises, and link YouTube videos to follow along within the app. 

Profile Section: Enter your information, and a basic summary of your nutrition (calories, protein, fat, and carbohydrates) and workout days will be generated.

Workout Grouping: Provides a list of muscle groups (back, chest, etc.) to which you can watch full video for better technique. 

YouTube Video Tutorials: Include exercises with links to YouTube so users can view them within the app. Useful for verifying forms, but requires internet access.

• Software: Flutter SDK (latest stable version), Android Studio or VS Code, Android SDK (API 21+)
• Hardware: Android device (5.0 Lollipop or higher), internet connection for video playback
• Extras: Basic knowledge of Flutter/Dart, YouTube API key (optional for video integration)

• Setup: Clone the repo, open in Android Studio/VS Code, run flutter pub get. Connect your Android device and hit flutter run.
• Customization: Edit lib/main.dart for app logic, update android/app/src/main/AndroidManifest.xml for permissions, and add YouTube links in the workout section.
