• PHP 8.1 or higher (PDO, mbstring and fileinfo extensions required)
• MySQL 5.7+ or MariaDB 10.3+
• Apache with mod_rewrite enabled (or Nginx with equivalent rewrite config)
• SMTP server — optional, only needed for password reset and invitation emails
• Minimum 20 MB disk space

1. Upload all files to your web server root or subdirectory
2. Create a MySQL database and user in your hosting control panel
3. Open yourdomain.com/install in your browser
4. Enter your database credentials, site URL and admin account details
5. Click Install — database schema and admin account are created automatically
6. Delete or rename the /install folder after setup (security)
7. Log in at yourdomain.com/login with your admin credentials
8. Optionally import database/demo_data.sql via phpMyAdmin to load sample data
