1. Upload all files to your webroot.
2. Create a MySQL database and user.
3. Copy config/config.php.example → config.php and config/database.php.example → database.php and update DB and app settings.
4. Import SQL: use migrations.sql to create schema and sample data.
5. Run composer install in project root to install vendor packages.
6. Ensure storage and uploads (or configured upload dirs) are writable by web server.
7. Configure environment (base URL, mail settings, payment keys) in config.php.
8. Visit the site and follow the installer or go to install to finish setup.
9. Test payment flows in sandbox/staging before going live.

Quick notes

• Default admin credentials (if included in sample data) are in the SQL or install README; change immediately.
• For Stripe/Razorpay, set API keys in config and enable HTTPS.
