  Please I tried installing the script on my subdomain. On the installation page, I input all the necessary credentials and all permissions are set already. All the details are correct but when I click on the INSTALL button, nothing happens. It will load for 3 seconds and then stop.

  How can you have a program using a PHP version that's less than 8.0? This program is using PHP 7.1-4 while all server hosting are using PHP version 8.0 or greater. This is very outdated program. Update this immediately or refund people money. That's lazy asf.
