2 months agopremiersol Authormethod not allowed mean some server error, we can't help you to server side changes. try demo and a domain, if adding successfully just update your mailcarry copy. it should be working fine.

2 months agoeyugcom PurchasedYou let me know on which hosting it should work? I tried getting a fresh install. It doesn't seems the hosting problem at all, all the required php extensions, permissions and PHP version are good as advised as per application . As i consulted php developer he advised to get the route controller checked.

I haven't used the script for a long time.
Now I want to update the script but I get the following message

Current version: 2.5.7
Latest Available Version: 3.0.2
It remains the same and does not update to the most recent version
And on the dashboard
Warning! No running cron found. There's need to setup a cron. [* * * * * /usr/local/bin/php /home/user-hosting/example.com/artisan schedule:run >/dev/null 2>&1]
What can I do in these two cases

Because of this cron error I changed Server and Panel because I thought it was a Provider problem. But now, can see it is your Script!!! FOR WHAT DID I PAY??? For a script, that doesn't work and full of bugs??? I expect a solution

Since I didn't get an answer via email, I'll try again here.
I fixed the problem with the CronJob and configured and set everything up so far. The one with the invalid serial number is gone now too. Now I have started a campaign, but unfortunately, it just stops.
Before, I had set a sending limit of 300 emails per hour. After 8 emails were sent, the sending stopped and this error appeared in the error log:
"mc:process-bounces-PMTAbounces => Trying to get property 'server_ip' of non-object"
I then made the limit unlimited and it started up again. Then the dispatch stopped again at 213 sent e-mails. I then pressed pause and play again to continue.
Why does it always stop? I can't keep clicking pause and play. What can I do here?
In addition, an upload of a larger list is not possible, all entries are marked as invalid and the list is empty at the end.
The following error messages also appear in the error log:

7 months agopremiersol Authorupdate, max_execution time, and for tracking it looks the mentioned tracking domain track.wecomb....com it should work or the Main Domain within Sending Server settings.
