  source code is already there then what is the scam . it is php version problem , the hosting provider suddenly upgrade the php version thats why it is throwing error

  yes but iam not using xampp.. i first used laragon for windows where I put the pathocare folder under www folder (root folder) for laragon ( rival to xampp that is so light and supports many languages) and also tried the setup under nginx but the same story... i just get a login page that does not work. BUt I was able to get installer work so the webserver is ok

  pls ensure htaccess is enabled or not the problem is your path are not found which server you are using , i recomend apache2 web server

  it is simple just put the code inside document root folder and run the domain or localhost or if any subfolder run that domain/subfolder
  it will automatically start the installing process
