  Hi,
  We bought the Epicdate script and 4 other plugins and the installation, but unfortunately you installed it on the wrong location: we want it to be installed on app.datingwinners.com and not on www.datingwinners.com where you installed it. My webdesign company confirmed me that they asked you to install at app.datingwinners.com. Can you please adjust this and install on the asked location ? Kind regards

  Hi Michel, I am on continuous communication with spotgroup. I explained them with details that the problem is on the hosting company. They must enable the app.datingwinners.com subdomain and point it to the directory I already transferred the script files. If you try to access app.datingwinners.com from your browser you will get the error that the site is not found dueand this is beacuse of dns error. This means that I cant install the script into this subdomain because simply I (and anyone else) don't have access. This is not has to do with your webdesign company or the script at all. This has to do with the HOSTING company.
  
  Next time please send me a private message through my profile page as is not a good tactic to share sensitive server's information publicly.
