  That's the right behavior because you cannot convert from PDF to other formats. But you can convert other formats to PDF

  Hello bro.
  About the AdSense part, I cannot guarantee that your site we'll be approved by Adsense. No one can only Google. But the app has all the pages required by Adsense (About us, contact us, ...). Then you need to insert some unique content, meta tags, and then apply for Adsense and wait.
  
  For the second part, I'm not really sure but you need to read the Codester licences: https://www.codester.com/info/licenses
